2agam Terms & Conditions

These Terms become effective and binding upon you at the moment you complete the 2agam registration process or first access any part of the platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2agam reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email to the address on record. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms is always available at 2agam.net/terms-conditions.

These Terms are supplemented by, and should be read in conjunction with, our Privacy Policy (2agam.net/privacy-policy), Responsible Gaming Policy (2agam.net/responsible-gaming), and any specific game, promotion, or bonus terms communicated on the platform.

To register and maintain an account on 2agam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 2agam platform is strictly for adult users aged 21 and above. This requirement is non-negotiable and uniformly enforced.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) registering under your own true and complete identity.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into binding agreements or participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not already hold an existing active 2agam account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 2agam or any of its group companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

By completing registration, you expressly warrant that all information you have provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 2agam login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 2agam will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access your account.
• You must notify 2agam support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 2agam employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device recognition, and automated anomaly detection. However, 2agam accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• You may update your account details, contact information, and security settings at any time through the account dashboard. Changes to core identity information may require supporting documentation.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy review and administrative fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.

The 2agam PKR wallet supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following accepted payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK IBFT, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC. All wallet transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 2agam wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are determined by payment channel and displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by channel; mobile money channels (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) typically settle within four (4) hours during standard operating hours.
• Verification: 2agam reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This may include screenshots of mobile wallet registration or bank account statements.
• Currency: All transactions on the 2agam platform are denominated in PKR. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility and are not covered by 2agam.
• Crypto (USDT TRC20): Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in USDT on the TRC20 network only. Players using crypto channels accept the inherent volatility and network risks associated with blockchain transactions.
• Transaction Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary based on your verification status.

2agam reserves the right to delay or suspend any transaction that triggers our fraud detection systems or that we have reasonable grounds to believe is connected to prohibited activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the 2agam sportsbook are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific rules published on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules for that market.

• Bet Acceptance: 2agam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on markets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or suspicious betting patterns.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed and accepted are the binding odds for that wager. For live (in-play) markets, acceptance may be subject to brief delay.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting history.
• Cricket Markets: All PSL, international T20I, ODI, and Test match markets are governed by ICC playing conditions. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or replayed, settlement rules specific to that format apply as published on the 2agam cricket betting page.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect odds due to technical error, violation of these Terms by the player, or settled in error. Voided bets are returned to the player's PKR wallet at the original stake amount.
• Multiple / Accumulator Bets: If any selection within an accumulator bet is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection was not included. The remaining selections remain active under their original odds.

The 2agam Casino section includes live dealer games, slots, Tower, Astar Live, and all other casino-format products accessible on the platform. All casino games are supplied by certified third-party game studios operating under valid gaming licences, with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages available on each game's information panel.

• RNG Integrity: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Dealer Games: Live baccarat, teen patti, andar bahar, roulette, and speed blackjack are operated from internationally certified studio environments. Minimum and maximum table bet limits apply as displayed at each table.

2agam offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms communicated with each offer:

• Bonus eligibility is determined at 2agam's sole discretion and may be restricted by account verification status, location, prior bonus history, or betting activity profile.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game categories are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Players may not combine multiple simultaneous bonuses.
• 2agam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a player is mid-wagering-requirement at the time of cancellation, a reasonable adjustment will be applied at our discretion.
• Bonuses obtained through the creation of duplicate accounts, use of false identity information, or any other abusive or fraudulent means will be immediately forfeited and the accounts involved terminated.
• Free bets are non-withdrawable; only net winnings from free bets are credited to your real-money PKR wallet balance upon settlement.

2agam is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all products. We provide a suite of tools designed to support players in managing their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and can only be reduced with immediate effect; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum allowable loss thresholds per day, week, or month across all 2agam products combined.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure on-screen reminders at intervals of your choosing to monitor your active session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your net profit/loss and session duration during active play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 2agam platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.

2agam staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may proactively contact players who exhibit concerning betting patterns. We may impose mandatory account restrictions where we have reasonable grounds to believe a player's continued gambling is causing harm.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2agam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity or payment method to register or transact.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on the platform.
• Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the 2agam platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the 2agam platform's technical infrastructure, security systems, or game engines.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 2agam staff, other players, or any third parties in connection with the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or transaction processes.

All content on the 2agam platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game assets, data presentations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 2agam or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2agam platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any 2agam platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use 2agam's brand name, logo, trademarks, or any platform content for commercial purposes or in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Scrape, aggregate, or systematically collect data from the 2agam platform using automated tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2agam, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from technical interruptions, server downtime, network failures, data feed errors, or force majeure events beyond 2agam's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials, unauthorised access to your account by a third party, or your own violation of these Terms.
• The outcome of any bet, game, or gambling activity conducted on the platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 2agam's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The 2agam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

2agam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated platform policy.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account termination for cause, 2agam reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are not refundable upon account closure unless required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2agam holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2agam platform shall first be referred to 2agam's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, contact 2agam support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. If your dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body under our gaming licence conditions.

2agam reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature — affecting player rights, financial terms, or account conditions — we will provide notice to registered players at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

The effective date of the current Terms version is indicated at the top of this document. Amendments take effect on their stated effective date. Your continued use of the 2agam platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
